About Mohamad Baydoun

Mohamad earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Business Administration with distinction. He then pursued and completed an advanced paralegal course at the University of California, Irvine. Gaining invaluable experience as a legal associate under the mentorship of the renowned defense lawyer Donald M. Ré and serving as a judicial extern for the Criminal Division of Orange County Superior Court, he achieved his Juris Doctorate from Taft Law School. Subsequently, he provided legal services to local entrepreneurs and farmers, assisting with contractual and property-related issues.

In a short span, Mohamad embraced a role as a courtroom lawyer specializing in criminal defense at Fitzgerald, Alvarez, & Ciummo (FAC), acting as an alternate public defense counsel in Fresno County. In this capacity with FAC, he defended numerous clients on a range of misdemeanor and felony charges.

Later, the prestigious firm Adams, Ferrone, & Ferrone headhunted Mohamad to advocate for police officers and firefighters in criminal defense and internal administrative cases. Rapidly rising through the ranks, Mohamad took charge of the firm's civil litigation division, safeguarding the rights of police and firefighter clients across California, while simultaneously spearheading the firm's criminal defense sector.

Currently, Mohamad operates his private law practice, defending clients in Central Valley and Madera jurisdictions. Outside of work, he cherishes moments spent with loved ones.

Mohamad Baydoun's Law Firm provides legal services across Central Valley locales, including but not limited to Fresno, Madera, Sanger, Tulare, San Luis Obispo, Kings, Tuolumne, Kern, Mariposa, Stanislaus, and Merced County.
